# Editorial note

This pack is an editorial clean-up of documents 01–09. The aim was not to summarise, soften or reduce the founding scope, but to make the sequence easier to read in full by removing repeated justifications, generic AI phrasing and over-explained transitions.

Main approach:

- Preserve the nine-document structure and the original scope of each document.
- Keep Phase 0, stewardship, anti-capture, cultural care, local difference, data ethics and future governance intact.
- Tighten sentences that repeated the same status claim across documents.
- Replace some abstract framing with plainer, document-ready language.
- Keep important hard lines, including the distinction between forum, formation space and future Commons.

The revised pack is still a founding pack, not a public manifesto or legal constitution. It should be read as cleaner Phase 0 source text, ready for review by the immediate circle.
